EntryLink (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile application that allows registered building tenants to unlock assigned doors, receive intercom calls, and create temporary access codes for their guests.
EntryLink does not collect personal information from users of the app. Any information used in the system is created and managed directly by the building or property administrator, not by EntryLink.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is (and is not) handled by EntryLink.
EntryLink does NOT:
• Collect user names
• Collect phone numbers
• Collect email addresses
• Collect contact lists
• Collect device identifiers
• Track location
• Sell or share data with any third parties
Users do not create accounts through the app.
All tenant information is pre-loaded by the building management, not collected through EntryLink.
To log in, tenants may use:
• A password assigned by building management or
• A one-time verification code (OTP)
• Is not stored by EntryLink • Is used only to verify your identity and allow app access
• Is not shared with third parties
EntryLink does not store or process personal profiles of tenants or guests.
When you unlock a door or receive an intercom call, the system processes:
• Door ID
• Unit ID
• Timestamp
These events are part of the building’s security system and may be stored by your building, not by EntryLink.
EntryLink itself does not store or analyze these events for any purpose outside providing the requested action.
If you create a temporary guest code:
• Only the code, expiration, and assigned door(s) are stored
• No guest names or personal details are required
• This data belongs to the building, not EntryLink
EntryLink does not retain this information beyond what is required for the code to function.
EntryLink does not use:
• Analytics tracking
• Advertising platforms
• Data mining tools
• Third-party profiling services
Only essential service providers (such as cloud hosting and push notifications) may process technical information required for the app to function.
EntryLink is intended only for authorized tenants. It is not marketed to or intended for children.
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements or compliance requirements. Updates will be posted on this page.
